Metanoia Ministries International welcomes you to join us on a journey dedicated to the expansion of God's Kingdom, not only within our communities in the Democratic Republic of Congo but also beyond. We are driven by a passion to overcome the devastating effects of religion and false doctrine, spreading the truth and love of God far and wide. Through our five independent departments, we strive to reach out to people holistically, addressing their spiritual, physical, and social needs.

Let's take a closer look at each department and the incredible work we do:

"Eglise Elshaddai" - Our non-denominational evangelical local church serves as a vibrant spiritual center. It's a place where individuals can gather to worship, be inspired by teachings rooted in the Word of God, and experience the transforming power of fellowship. We believe in the authority of the Bible as the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, revealing His love and His will for all humanity (1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; John 3:16).
Metanoia Discipleship Mission - This department consists of a passionate missionary team dedicated to taking the message of Christ to the unreached corners of our nation and beyond. Inspired by the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19), they embark on journeys of evangelism, discipleship, and humanitarian efforts. Through their selfless service, they aim to bring hope, healing, and transformation to lives across diverse communities.
Faith in Action - We believe that faith without action is incomplete. This department focuses on community work, channeling God's love to those outside the church. By engaging in various outreach programs, such as supporting the underprivileged, caring for orphans and widows, and addressing social issues, we strive to make a positive impact on society. We believe that by meeting tangible needs and showing compassion, we can bring God's Kingdom to the doorstep of those who need it most.
Mission to Women - This department recognizes the unique challenges faced by women and children, particularly in breaking the cycle of poverty. Through empowerment programs, education initiatives, and comprehensive support, we work to uplift women and children, equipping them with the skills and resources necessary for a better future. We believe that by investing in women, we can transform families and communities, fostering long-lasting change.
Education and Bible Schools - We understand the importance of knowledge and spiritual growth. Our commitment to education is reflected in this department, where we establish Bible schools and provide specialized training programs. By equipping individuals with a deep understanding of the Word of God, we aim to strengthen the Church and empower believers to become effective ambassadors for Christ.

To achieve this, we have the following initiatives:

Mission:

1. Establish El Shaddai Church.

2. Teach the Steadfast Word of God, touching people.

3. Teach the Word of God in a holistic manner (spirit, soul, and body).

4. Develop leaders of today and tomorrow (tomorrow's elite).

5. Cultivate entrepreneurs for a new society equipped to support the cause of Christ.

6. Educate society to change mindset (Metanoia).

7. Launch bilingual schools to train today's students to become tomorrow's leaders.

8. Establish Radio Metanoia in the country to reach those untouched by the Message.

9. Develop humanitarian and development projects for internally displaced persons, refugees, and those psychologically affected by conflict.
